"We’ve been with Lisa for close to 15 years. First went for renters and car insurance. Now with homeowners, auto, and RV insurance. Soon we hope to add an umbrella policy and eventually business insurance. We’ve done roadside assistance through her and had one comprehensive claim for a deer hit. There is one main reason we have stayed here…. LISA! She is 1000% the reason we’ve stayed! She has been able to keep our policy pricing very competitive with the market. (We have priced around a few times over the years and every time we do, we’re reminded of why we stay…. We stay for Lisa! She again is 1000% the reason we’ve stayed). I have read thru some of the negative reviews and while I can’t speak for their situation…. A lot do these negative reviews do not speak to the heart and character of the Lisa we know and trust. She puts us first! She seems to be one of the few who recognize the fact that her customers/policy holders are the reason she has her job and actually cares about the people she’s serving!!! She has never in almost 15 years led us to feel we were anything but a priority to her. Give her a shot! We highly recommend doing so!!!!!"

"Was in an accident, not my fault. Other driver sighted. Run around for days to get a rental and it finally came to a my attention that the officer used the witness name on report . Of all the people I have talked with in the last 5 days, nobody caught it but me. I can't drive my car, ins approved rental, but her ins says no that my car is drivable. CIRCLES!!! Finally blew up in which I apologize for but jeez!"
